📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

At MEM, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our handbound leather albums and accessories. Because our products are designed to become lifelong heirlooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Personalized & Custom Orders

The majority of our products are customized with individual engravings, dedications, or specific leather selections.

• Non-Refundable: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any personalized products once production has begun.

• Final Sale: This includes any photo album, journal, note or keychain featuring custom text, dates, logos, or specific hand-stamped dedications.

2. Non-Personalized Products

If you have purchased a standard, non-personalized item (without any engraving or custom dedication), you are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

• Process: To start a return, please contact us at info@memislove.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

While we perform a rigorous quality check on every piece that leaves our workshop, accidents can happen during transit.

• If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will prioritize a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

4. Cancellations

If you realize you made a mistake on a personalized order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once our artisans begin cutting the leather or setting the engraving tools, we can no longer cancel the order.
