Begin by selecting your desired item from our collection. Once selected, you will be prompted to choose:

2. Bespoke Requests
If you have a specific vision that is not captured by the options on our website, we welcome your creativity. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly via phone. We will do our utmost to accommodate your unique personalization needs and craft a bespoke solution for you.
3. Signature Packaging
We believe the unboxing experience is as important as the gift itself. Your order will be prepared with the following care:

The Box: Items are placed in a dedicated presentation box (please check the individual product description to confirm if a box is included with your specific item).

Artisanal Wrapping: Every order is elegantly wrapped in fine paper, finished with a silk ribbon, traditional twine, and our signature wax seal.
4. For Our Albums: A Note on Use
Please note that our albums arrive with elegant blank pages, ready to hold your memories. To assist you, we include specialized photo adhesive inside the box. This allows you the creative freedom to mount your photographs personally once you receive your album.
5. Finalizing Your Order
Once you have made your selections, proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive an email confirmation immediately, followed by a tracking number once our artisans have completed and dispatched your order.
